Customer Sales Representative-Atlanta, Georgia

Prime Source, Inc. (www.decals.net) is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative for its Atlanta, GA Screen Printing division. Daily functions will include such tasks as customer service, data entry, job planning and scheduling, estimating, and purchasing.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service position
• Excellent Phone Skills / Phone Etiquette
  Resources & Support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail
• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work schedule
• Must possess a positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency
• Willingness to learn about materials and processes
• Proficient in use of computers – Windows, MS Office and Outlook
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in printing industry preferred but not required
