Uploading to Prime Source FTP

Note: If your file is less than 5MB, we suggest sending the file directly through email. You may also use our convenient send file tool to transfer larger files (up to 2GB - 5 files at a time). Otherwise, use the following instructions to upload via FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

Instructions for FTP upload

You can select the link below to transfer your file via FTP or you may use another FTP software such as FileZilla (for Windows) or Fetch (for Mac OS).

  1. Select the button below
  2. When prompted, enter your
           User ID: PS_FTP
           Password: 12345
           Select "Log On"
  3. Select or create a folder. Now simply drag and drop your file(s) into your folder.
  4. Once you have uploaded your files, please contact your sales or customer service representative.
